Responsibilities
Direct the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the IOP/PHP program, ensuring high-quality client care, efficiency, and adherence to all policies
Lead initiatives for the enhancement and expansion of the IOP/PHP program content, structure, and clinical offerings, integrating innovative experiential and trauma-focused modalities alongside evidence-based practices
Provide expert individual and group psychotherapy, specializing in trauma processing and employing advanced evidence-based practices consistent with True Life Center’s model
Provide professional support to licensed staff, practicum students, and associate clinicians, contributing to their professional development and the fidelity of the program, as assigned
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of clinical documentation, overseeing compliance with ethical standards, state licensing regulations, and True Life Center policy
Qualification
Required
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology or Master's degree (M.A., M.S., or equivalent) in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
Current, active Psychologist or LMFT license in the state of California
Demonstrated expertise in the clinical application of deep trauma work and trauma-focused psychotherapies
Proven experience in program management, leadership, and development within a mental health setting
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership proficiencies
At least three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, day treatment, residential, or hospital setting
Experience in providing clinical supervision
Preferred
Prior experience with and oversight of outcome data collection and research protocols
