They are seeking an Entry Level Heat Treatment Technician to assist in operations related to heat treating equipment both in the shop and in the field, ensuring quality work and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
Develop understanding of the quality requirements related to assigned work
Perform field heat treatment in accordance with code requirements
Promote and maintain effective communications and relations (verbally and in writing) with supervisor and the project management team
Understand and respond appropriately to all safety hazards and warning devices
Produce quality work, meeting requirements of plans specifications and industry standards
Be motivated and work productively
Perform all other job-related duties as requested by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Must have the aptitude for highly technical work
High school diploma or GEP is required
Regular, reliable attendance
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required
May work at various different locations and conditions may vary
