Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and stakeholders, to drive project delivery
Understand the big-picture and the system level to answer questions and clarify requirements
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and issues
Track project metrics, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as needed
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in technical program management, software development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technical architectures, and industry trends, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related to AI
Proven experience with project management tools, techniques, and methodologies (e.g. Agile)
Preferred
PMP or another project management certification is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
