Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional initiatives supporting SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and detection engineering
Translate cyber risks, vulnerabilities, and threats into clear priorities and action plans for technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Maintain program roadmaps, KPIs, and runbooks to strengthen cyber readiness and reduce operational risk
Partner with security engineers, analysts, IT, and cloud teams to drive alignment and remove blockers
Analyze data from security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners) to support reporting and program decision‑making
Support incident management processes, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow‑through on corrective actions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical or cybersecurity program management
Must have experience with the Jira platform
Experience working directly with SOC, IR, threat intelligence, or cloud security teams
Proven experience coordinating across engineering, IT, and security teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Program Management
Strong understanding of cyber defense fundamentals (threat intel, SOC workflows, detection logic, vulnerabilities, IR lifecycle)
Ability to translate complex cyber issues into concise, actionable insights
Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and common risk‑rating methodologies
Ability to synthesize technical findings for executive audiences
Strong judgment during high‑pressure situations such as active incidents
