Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian applications
Lead end-to-end development including process modeling, UI design, and system integrations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
Optimize application performance and ensure best practices in Appian development
Support deployment, testing, and post-production maintenance
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions
Qualification
Required
Appian BPM Platform (L2 Certified – Mandatory)
Appian SAIL (Interface Design)
Appian Process Modeling & Workflow Design
Appian Records, Reports & Dashboards
Appian Integration Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
Appian Data Types & CDT Design
Appian Deployment & Application Lifecycle Management
SQL / Relational Databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
Web Services & API Integrations
Java (preferred for plug-in development)
CI/CD & Version Control Tools (Git, Jenkins – preferred)
Appian L2 Certification (Mandatory)
8+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Appian expertise
Experience integrating Appian with external systems and enterprise platforms
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to relocate to Texas
Preferred
Java (preferred for plug-in development)
CI/CD & Version Control Tools (Git, Jenkins – preferred)
