Responsibilities
Guide technology projects across the Region, contributing to planning, implementation and post-launch activities
Work under the direction of the Head of Technology, who provides guidance, final approvals and oversight of timelines & budgets
Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Operations, Digital, Marketing & Finance
Guide deployment of restaurant and enterprise technology systems including POS, CRM, loyalty, digital ordering, and back-of-house platforms
Ensure seamless technology rollout for new restaurant openings and market expansions
Partner with vendors and internal support teams to deliver high-quality implementation and training
Ensure all project activities adhere to corporate governance, cybersecurity, and Regional compliance standards
Manage change control processes, documentation, and post-implementation reviews
Track and report progress against KPIs and communicate status to regional leadership
Build strong relationships with business partners, franchisees, and regional teams to align technology solutions with operational needs
Act as a liaison between project teams and global technology functions
Support vendor evaluation and contract management in collaboration with procurement and legal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (PMP or Agile cert preferred)
7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within restaurant, or hospitality technology environments
Proven success delivering multi-market technology projects across Mexico
Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Familiarity with data privacy, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor partners
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in English and Spanish (for LAC Markets) (written and spoken)
Preferred
PMP or Agile certification
