Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Source leads using multiple software tools and LinkedIn: approximately 15% LinkedIn, 80% cold calling, and 5% email outreach
Schedule onsite and virtual meetings for our Account Managers across the U.S
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer-centric work experience
Highly motivated to be in sales and has a core understanding
Fluent in English
Ability to work in the field once in Account Management
Valid driver's license and access to a car
6+ months of staffing firm experience
Associate's degree
Organized and process-driven
Preferred
Account Management or sales experience
Experience creating campaigns
Experience cold calling
