Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating internal teams and resources to support project execution
Support the development of key performance indicators and maintenance project plans, schedules, and basic project documentation
Monitor project activities and help identify issues or delays, escalating concerns to senior project management leaders as needed
Track key project metrics and assist with preparing status reports for key stakeholders and the leadership team
Participate in managing project scope changes, schedule updates, and cost consideration under the guidance from senior team members
Support and manage test grind process to ensure accurate results
Contribute to risk identification and mitigation efforts
Help maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow
Assist technical coordination between Fives Landis Corp. and customers
Support the Machine Revision Estimate (MRE) process with Proposal Engineering, by gathering required inputs and documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or equivalent practical experience
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Microsoft Project
Experience with SAP
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Related internship, co-op or entry-level experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline
