CrowdPlat is seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to develop and deliver training programs for an enterprise PeopleSoft Financials environment. This role focuses on designing role-based, accessibility-compliant training content and delivering learning through multiple formats including instructor-led sessions, virtual training, and self-paced eLearning.

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for PeopleSoft Financials business functions
Develop role-based, accessibility-compliant training materials from the ground up
Create user-friendly job aids, guides, course materials, and multimedia learning content
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training for end users and trainers
Develop eLearning modules using modern instructional design tools and best practices
Participate in system design discussions, testing activities, and change readiness efforts to ensure training accuracy
Manage and maintain training resources and documentation within SharePoint
Collaborate with business, technical, and project teams to assess training needs and improve learning outcomes
Support Agile, incremental, and iterative content development and delivery

Required

8+ years of experience developing training programs for ERP systems
8+ years of experience developing accessibility-compliant training content
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 (minimum 4 years)
Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools (minimum 4 years)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Experience collaborating with large teams using Microsoft Teams
Experience maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
Strong instructional design, curriculum development, and content writing skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities

Preferred

Experience working in a public sector environment (Federal, State, or Local)
Familiarity with Jira or Agile project tracking tools
Experience delivering training in large-scale system implementation or transformation initiatives
