Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for casino operations, marketing and guest services across multiple North American locations
Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and market share expansion
Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies and responsible gaming initiatives
Establish and manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators, monitor and report on financial performance
Lead, mentor, and develop property general managers and department heads to achieve operational objectives
Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, key partners, and host communities
Oversee the introduction of new products, services, and technology enhancements to improve customer experience
Collaborate with Marketing and loyalty teams to develop promotions and campaigns tailored to regional markets
Drive a culture of excellence in guest services, safety and security
Oversee a team of 6-7 Sales Executives
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum of 15 years' experience in casino sales or operations with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site casino operations with substantial revenue responsibility
In-depth knowledge of North American gaming regulations and industry best practice
Proven ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel frequently across North America
Preferred
Experience with digital gaming and property-based casino integration
Track record of successful market expansion or new property launch
