Responsibilities

Evolve and potentially create Aspire Partner Program content and assets, including guides, templates, FAQs, and internal references, ensuring alignment to Aspire tracks, levels, and benefits
Assist with day-to-day program content operations, including continued buildout and governance of the Partner Programs SharePoint site and supporting accurate publishing and linkage across Partner Portal and Allego
Assist with SmartSheet-based workflows and system connections, supporting intake, tracking, and visibility for program assets, updates, and operational requests across Partner Programs and Enablement teams
Recommend standardized document program processes, including naming conventions, templates, version control, and documentation standards that support scalability and consistent execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Enablement, Channel Operations, Marketing, and Digital Experience to support Aspire launches, updates, and ongoing partner readiness
Support the development and use of AI-powered agents and automation, helping pilot tools that improve access to Aspire documentation, surface the right program assets faster, and reduce manual program operations work
Track program content health and operational readiness, assisting with audits, basic reporting, and continuous improvement of how Aspire program information is managed and consumed

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong Communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging language, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and operational skills, with an eye for detail and consistency
Comfort working across multiple systems and tools, such as SharePoint, SmartSheet, Allego, portals, or similar content platforms
Ability to follow defined processes while also identifying opportunities to improve structure and efficiency
Clear written communication skills and the ability to document processes and instructions
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership of foundational work
Coachable, motivated, and comfortable learning in a fast-moving, global environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SharePoint, and SmartSheet)
Love solving difficult problems and possess critical thinking abilities
Ability to demonstrate their own projects and achievements
Must be enrolled in a program of study before and after your internship

Preferred

Prior experience working in enterprise IT vendors – specifically cybersecurity - is a plus
