Responsibilities
Define the future of how we leverage multiple internal release, publishing, telemetry, and data systems to improve how features are released at scale
Collaborate across engineering, data science, PR, and marketing teams on disclosure and rollout of new features and hardware enablement
Define and track metrics for program health, effectiveness, and customer trust

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Proven ability to influence without authority across engineering, data science, and leadership, utilizing written and spoken communication skills
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
Technical knowledge of large-scale software systems, platform engineering, or developer tools
Experience delivering end-user applications, including UI/UX design and iterative development post-release
Proven experience creating and scaling customer feedback programs
Experience engaging with technical communities and communicating with executive stakeholders
