This role involves providing a professional and efficient service to ensure the cultural needs of overseas patients are recognized and satisfied, while also managing various aspects of patient care and communication.

Responsibilities
Lead liaison with embassies, managing queries, referrals, complaints, and accounts
Supervise the International Department
Coordinate all admissions, including direct overseas admissions
Manage outpatient appointments, calendars, and related logs
Provide accurate translation of medical information and patient and Hospital/Medical Personnel discussions
Ensure clear communication of medical history, treatment plans, and follow‑up needs
Assist with required forms and documentation
Accompany consultants on ward rounds when required
Advocate for patients and support families throughout care to facilitate excellent patient experience
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a similar role within private healthcare is essential
Arabic Speaking is essential
Previous Arabic interpreting experience is essential
Excellent Communication skills
Have an awareness and understanding of cross cultural needs
Experience liaising with the managers and staff at all levels
Computer literate with strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
