Responsibilities
Advanced administration, security, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise server environments, including AI-enhanced monitoring and intelligent automation
Provides Tier 2/3 support, mentors junior engineers
Partners with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications and AI workloads
Design and support Azure and hybrid infrastructure for machine learning, deep learning, and AI workloads
Build and automate scalable AI pipelines using Python, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD
Administer Windows servers, Active Directory, backups, and hybrid cloud resources supporting AI platforms
Monitor performance, ensure security and compliance, provide Tier 3 support, and mentor junior engineers
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
