This role is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the Maintenance department, ensuring efficient operations and organization.

Responsibilities
Assist managers with department reporting, spending, and other reports
Provide support to Area Managers as needed
Order all office supplies for the department
Coordinate the use of the Maintenance/Engineering conference rooms and office space
Manage the Maintenance printers and their supplies
Manage hourly and salary maintenance calendars
Maintain Maintenance crew rosters
Manage Maintenance records
Print out requests from other departments
Manage the Maintenance SharePoint site
Assist with TSA, timekeeping oversight
Provide any support necessary to assist Maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Proficient in SAP
Excellent organizational skills, prioritization skills, and ability to deliver results
Preferred
Administrative Assistance experience preferred
