Data Analyst

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking a focused and motivated Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Complete full data cycle projects, including data collection, cleaning, validation, analysis, visualization, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Collect and analyze large datasets, identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support strategic business decisions
Develop and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to clearly present insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and monitor KPIs and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations
Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer

Required

2 to 4 years of true full time data analytics experience
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, SQL) and data visualization software (Power BI)
Ability to analyze and interpret complex and robust datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools
Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to type 45 WPM or more
English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Proper phone etiquette
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in data analytics or Business Analytics and/or master's in data Analytics Preferred
At least 2 – 4 years of full-time experience in data analysis
Experience with data visualization with Power BI required – Will be tested on-site during interview process
Strong proficiency manipulating data with Excel-required, and Python-Strongly Recommended
Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) – Strongly Recommended
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills to present findings and building reports to non-technical stakeholders
