DevCare Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a full-time hybrid role. The Technician will provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and IT hardware, ensuring seamless operation of end-user systems.

Responsibilities

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, printers, and other IT hardware

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Implementing hardware repairs

Managing IT resources

Ensuring seamless operation of end-user systems

Required

Strong experience with Windows OS & O365

Hands-on experience with Active Directory

Experience with SCCM imaging

Knowledge of VPN & VDI troubleshooting

Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system

Strong customer service & communication skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Repair

Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues and providing Technical Support

Experience with configuring and maintaining Printer Support systems

Capability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously

Preferred

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are a plus

Prior experience providing desktop support in an enterprise or corporate environment is beneficial
