Responsibilities

Lead process development and validation (TMVs, OQ/PQ, Gage R&R, PCR, PRA)
Support automated inspection and assembly equipment implementation
Bring new equipment and inspection systems to commercial production
Drive root cause investigations and continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, and Design Assurance
Provide DFM input to product designs

Required

Experience with automated inspection and/or assembly equipment
Strong background in NPD and process validation
Experience with Nitinol manufacturing
Proven ability to introduce new equipment into production
