Responsibilities
Provide basic network troubleshooting
Assist in implementing solutions, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy
Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours, as well as during events
Maintain documents and create, respond to, and update help desk tickets and system access requests, using IT tools such as ServiceNow
Provide IT Support for various systems, including mobile and kiosk ordering solutions such as Genius, Nextep, and Global Payments
Support Windows 11, iOS devices, and on-site hosted solutions
Qualification
Required
No degree required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and customer service skills
Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
