Responsibilities
Inbound calls related to client inquiries
Outbound calls related to client inquiries that must be completed within a 48-hour time period
Manage internal callback logs and inquiry list to monitor the status of pending inquiries
Data entry of critical information into Litify to create matters
Coordinating with the Marketing department regarding campaigns and lead conversions
Assisting with clerical tasks and special projects as needed
Conduct phone interviews to accurately qualify, reject or refer clients
Maintain working knowledge of Firm’s practice areas and corresponding attorney’s
Responsible for accuracy and completion of claim distribution to increase department efficiency
Relentless dedication to the overall progress of the claim onboarding cycle to ensure reasonable execution
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency
Must be experienced and comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information to service clients
Experience in the medical field, or knowledge of medical terminology
Strong typing ability (word processor/computer skills)
Ability to work well under pressure
