Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy SCORM‑compliant eLearning courses on technical subjects
Build and enhance multimedia learning materials: modules, manuals, assessments, job aids, and train‑the‑trainer content
Conduct training needs assessments and help identify competency gaps
Partner with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
Manage multiple development projects using project management tools, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Maintain content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and support translations into multiple languages
Apply modern instructional design strategies and tools to continuously improve course quality and learner engagement

Required

Ability to work in the U.S. on a full-time indefinite basis without sponsorship
5+ years' experience creating and delivering technical training (eLearning and/or instructor‑led) using virtual tools and LMS platforms
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical information and make it engaging and easy to retain
Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Office 365, Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, Dreamweaver), basic HTML, and related multimedia/eLearning platforms
Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across all levels and functions
High attention to detail, self‑motivation, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Education: High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Technologies, Multimedia, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
