Responsibilities
Support control design and effectiveness assessments across AML / Financial Crimes processes
Identify control gaps and help drive remediation actions
Partner with business teams to review workflows and improve controls
Support issue tracking, root cause analysis, and documentation
Assist with audits, regulatory exams, and management reporting
Help drive process improvements, standardization, and automation
Work across Lines of Defense (Controls, Risk, Compliance, Audit)
Support reputation risk, conflicts, and complex case reviews as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have skills: 'Controls', 'Compliance', 'Risk', 'Audit', 'Testing', 'AML'
2–6 years experience in AML, Compliance, Risk, Controls, Audit, or Financial Operations
Basic understanding of operational risk and control frameworks
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor's degree required
AML investigations, QA, SAR support, audit exposure, or regulatory environment experience
Preferred
Experience with documentation, reporting, or QA/control testing preferred
