Responsibilities
Perform laboratory test methods as written to support product and material release
Maintain a safe laboratory work environment in accordance with established procedures
Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices related to laboratory records, procedures, and systems
Execute multiple laboratory techniques with accuracy and minimal error following training
Support investigations, deviations, and corrective actions as required
Revise procedures as necessary and provide departmental support
Take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate effectively to meet business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
Four to five years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or biologics industry
Hands-on experience performing laboratory testing in a regulated environment
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and laboratory documentation standards
Preferred
Experience supporting laboratory investigations and procedure updates
Familiarity with regulated quality systems and compliance-driven laboratory environments
