Represent high-net-worth individuals, founders, corporate entities, and governments in complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, regulatory investigations, and cross-border disputes
Engage in sophisticated motion practice and direct courtroom exposure
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of law firm litigation and/or white collar experience
California Bar membership in good standing
Experience taking/defending depositions and handling court proceedings
Strong drafting skills across pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs
Preferred
Exposure to federal/state investigations and representing individuals
Tech-sector or complex commercial dispute experience
