This internship provides an immersive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, allowing interns to contribute to projects that enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.

Responsibilities
Collect and analyze new hire feedback to help improve onboarding programs and the overall employee experience
Assist with onboarding journey mapping, identify gaps in the first 30-90 days
Help create microlearning resources (job aids, short videos, FAQs) for new hires
Help support manager onboarding toolkits (checklists, conversation guides)
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in bachelor's degree program related to Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, Communications
Experience with MS Office, etc
Motivated self-starter, operates independently, etc
Strong communication skills, etc
