They are seeking a Construction Intern to support their Construction and Development teams on hyperscale data center projects, providing real exposure to planning, coordinating, and delivering complex construction projects.

Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers with: Meeting preparation and follow-up
Action item tracking
Schedule and milestone updates
Support coordination across: Engineering
Construction
Procurement
Help maintain project logs and trackers
Assist with: Document control and organization
Drawing and submittal tracking
RFI and change log maintenance
Support preparation of: Weekly project reports
Dashboards and summary materials
Help ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
Help track: Construction progress
Key milestones
Vendor deliverables
Assist with basic data analysis in Excel or similar tools
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps or inefficiencies
Learn how: Design, procurement, and construction interact
Decisions are made in fast-track construction environments
Participate in internal meetings and reviews
Gain exposure to professional standards, workflows, and expectations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a bachelor's program in: Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Architecture, Or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in: Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Ability to work in an in-office environment
Preferred
Prior internship or coursework related to construction or engineering
Familiarity with: Construction documents, Basic scheduling concepts
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
