Responsibilities
Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and hands‑on expertise
Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions
Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprint‑related technical activities
Own the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned user stories/features—from development through deployment
Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders
Function as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, providing strong technical leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems
Core Full Stack Development
Proven Full Stack Engineering background (backend + frontend)
Strong leadership experience in Java-based engineering projects
Backend Technologies: Java Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL, DataLake, ADX, Databricks, ORM frameworks, Query performance tuning
Strong experience with Azure Cloud
Kubernetes
Docker
Cloud-based design, development, and deployment
Frontend Technologies: Thymeleaf, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Angular
Build, CI/CD & Deployment: Gradle, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, GitHub Actions
DevOps & Monitoring Toolchain: Slack, GitHub, Fluentbit, Apache NiFi, Dynatrace, Microsoft Teams, Grafana
