Responsibilities
Reviewing requirements, rules, and workflows for new-state WC implementation
Designing and executing manual test cases for rating, underwriting, and policy issuance
Creating structured test data for new-state scenarios
Validating regulatory forms, calculations, and state‑specific business rules
Logging defects with clear reproduction steps and partnering with teams for resolution
Ensuring all WC state variations are tested thoroughly before release
Supporting user acceptance testing as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in Quality Assurance Manual Testing
Ability to validate end-to-end functionality of policy holder systems
Ability to interpret business and regulatory requirements
Ability to translate requirements into clear test scenarios and data setups
Solid Quality Assurance skills including test planning, test case creation, test execution, defect documentation, root-cause identification, and retesting
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA team members
Experience in reviewing requirements, rules, and workflows for new-state WC implementation
Experience in designing and executing manual test cases for rating, underwriting, and policy issuance
