Responsibilities
Provides guidance and assigns projects or tasks as needed
Updates the Manager on the status of projects, initiatives, and emerging issues
Collaborate with team members to address complex problems and escalates issues when necessary
Tracks recurring issue tickets and reports them to the Manager
Promotes collaboration across departments
Shares knowledge with staff in both individual and group settings
Assesses new hardware and software applications to improve the environment
Uses ticketing software to monitor, assign, and track work
Ensures tickets are resolved or escalated promptly by prioritizing based on impact
Provides technical support to staff in preparing and setting up virtual meetings
Manages technology support schedules, including travel, holiday coverage, dispatching, and session coverage
Participates in rotating session support coverage with team members (may include evenings and occasional weekends)
Limited travel may occur within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or 2 years of IT help desk experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to make decisions independently
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and employees
Ability to travel as needed
Valid driver's license
Advanced understanding of the Windows Operating System and proven troubleshooting capabilities across multiple platforms
Continually sharpens skillset and shares expertise with colleagues
