Responsibilities
Design and maintain high-performance AWS Cloud networks, Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN solutions for a distributed workforce
Implement and scale Terraform scripts to automate network provisioning and maintain configuration consistency across environments
Develop custom monitoring frameworks and alerting systems to detect and resolve network bottlenecks before they impact productivity
Direct the integration of Okta SSO, automated user lifecycle management, and MFA enforcement to ensure a zero-trust security posture
Oversee the deployment and L3 support for the enterprise stack, including Slack, M365, Zoom, and Atlassian
Manage global Mac and Windows endpoints through advanced MDM solutions like Kandji and Automox
Partner with InfoSec to manage endpoint protection and align IT systems with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF
Provide technical guidance to IT staff, fostering a culture of operational excellence based on ITIL/ITSM best practices
Collaborate with business leaders to identify optimal technical solutions and translate complex infrastructure needs into clear business cases
Qualification
Required
Expert configuration of AWS, Cisco Meraki, and SD-WAN solutions
Proven track record leading Okta SSO and lifecycle management projects
Extensive experience using Terraform for IT system enhancements
Advanced knowledge of Kandji or Automox for Mac/Windows MDM
7+ years in systems administration with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
