Responsibilities
Assist in developing project schedules and coordinating resources to ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and efficiency standards
Coordinate with field and laboratory teams to support the timely collection, testing, and reporting of samples and materials
Organize and maintain project documentation, including tracking sample data, updating field logs, and compiling test summaries
Provide project status updates to clients and internal teams under the supervision of senior project managers
Monitor field safety practices and support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal safety protocols
Promote and support safety standards for fieldwork and laboratory testing
Ensure accurate documentation of project milestones and sample data
Assist with maintaining compliance with quality standards and applicable industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Internship or prior experience in an engineering or construction environment is preferred
Preferred
1+ years of project management experience in the construction or engineering industry
Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Project or other project management software is a plus
