Responsibilities
Plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives
Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization
Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or 1 to 1: substitute years of equivalent supervisory/management administrative experience
5+ years of supervisory/management experience or master's degree with 3+ years of experience
Experience with Strategic Planning and Implementation
Ambulatory management experience
Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
Managing medium to large physician groups (25+) with 100K/ office visits per year at assigned clinic
Budget planning and completion
Strategic Planning for GI department across the enterprise
Standardization of department workflow and process
Process Improvement / Project Management
Proven solid organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Management of a minimum 25 providers with 100K/ office visits per year at assigned clinic
Preferred
Master's degree
Ambulatory care management experience
Managed care background
Large GI or Surgical Practice Management
