Program Manager
Trace Systems Inc. is dedicated to supporting and defending national security interests, and they are seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage the workforce and serve as the interface point for government representatives. The role involves project management, quality control, and leadership to ensure successful execution of contract requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage project schedules and coordinate contractor activities in accordance with the contract
Provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and adjust as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Develop rough order of magnitude estimates for contract modifications
Develop transition and migration plans
Review and create documentation and provide edits for approval
Gather stakeholder requirements
Identify and communicate issues and risks to the Government and offer recommendations on how issues and risks should be mitigated to successfully satisfy requirements
Qualification
Required
An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience of IT/Communications projects and/or professionals
Minimum 5 years of experience with deployable communications systems
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals and groups
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Aptitude to thrive in a team atmosphere, while defining issues/hypotheses, performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations of solution alternatives
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and focus despite conflicting demands with minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field. Preferred in relevant technical discipline, business, or accounting/finance
