Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, and vendor teams
Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure adherence to project management standards, processes, and best practices
Drive Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies as applicable
Mentor junior project managers and team members
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing complex IT or business projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
