Responsibilities

Develop and enhance custom functionality within Oracle-based warehouse and logistics systems
Build and modify mobile workflows supporting handheld/RF warehouse activity
Customize shipping execution processes, order workflows, and fulfillment logic
Create PL/SQL packages, procedures, and database-level enhancements
Design and maintain Oracle Forms customizations and troubleshooting
Develop custom reports using XML Publisher and related reporting tools
Support barcode scanning, mobile devices, and warehouse technology integrations
Optimize shipping workflows, carrier integrations, and logistics processes
Partner with operations leaders to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput

Required

Strong hands-on Oracle development background — this is a coding-heavy role
Experience supporting warehouse or logistics environments
Ability to design, troubleshoot, and enhance mobile warehouse workflows
Solid understanding of order management and shipping execution processes
Strong PL/SQL development skills (packages, procedures, custom logic)
Experience modifying Oracle Forms and developing custom reports
Comfort working directly with operational teams and warehouse users

Preferred

Exposure to supply chain planning or advanced logistics modules
EDI or carrier integration experience
Java or middleware experience within Oracle ecosystems
Familiarity with warehouse automation or mobile device environments
