Responsibilities
Oversee and support technicians and fellow analysts
Ensure smooth data flow and task execution within the team
Conduct rigorous QA/QC on deliverables and finalized datasets
Train team members on workflows, methodologies, and best practices
Identify and implement process efficiencies and workflow improvements
Apply sound judgment in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Develop and improve data processing techniques
Automate workflows to enhance productivity
Contribute to innovation through adoption of new technologies and methods
Monitor technical KPIs, including workflow velocity and throughput
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a technical or professional Analyst role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of ESRI or other vector-based software
Experience with Python, GDAL, UltraMap, and/or Capture One
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
