Maintain project timelines, milestones, and follow-up item tracking
Coordinate stakeholder meetings (agendas, minutes, action items, attendance)
Track and escalate action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to PM or lane lead
Ensure communication flows effectively across clinical, technical, and operational teams
Manage and maintain project documentation
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in mid-level project support roles
Experience (2+ years) in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with multiple teams; able to gain hands-on EHR project delivery experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Smartsheet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Athena EMR experience preferred
