Responsibilities
Act as primary support for the assigned Business Development Managers (BDM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM)
Manage a high velocity of transaction flow with a goal to provide the best-in-class customer experience
Manage credit application workflow by frequently monitoring electronic queues/emails submitted by sales and/or business partners to proactively ensure all needs are met in an orderly and professional manner
Responsible for being a trusted contact and sales support liaison between business partners, and MHCA credit and operations teams
Know and understand the MHCA value proposition, our products and services
Work with all internal disciplines (credit, operations and accounting) to ensure smooth on-boarding of new dealers, upfitters and OEM’s
Work together with Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Manager to bring transactions to completion in an expedient manner
Initiate follow up calls to internal/external business partners and third-party vendors to obtain missing information on active transactions
Perform other related duties assigned by BDM’ and RSM’s to achieve territory goals
Qualification
Required
Proven track record to originate volume from Industrial Vendors and finance sources
Strong knowledge of underwriting, structuring and documentary requirements required by credit
Adept at working with executives to develop long-lasting partnership relationships
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
