Responsibilities
Support Integrated Operations teams with day-to-day program and operational activities
Assist with tracking schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items across projects
Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings using Excel and PowerPoint
Help document and improve internal processes and workflows
Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions
Review data sets and metrics to support decision-making
Assist with special projects focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, business, and program teams
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Systems Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with the ability to organize complex information
Proven ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and propose solutions
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Self-starter who takes initiative and works with a sense of urgency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
