Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, secure solutions that align with client objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems
Determine infrastructure requirements to ensure customers instances are appropriately configured to manage expected throughput/usage
Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications
Lead technical discussions and presentations, providing clear explanations of proposed solutions
Provide technical expertise for pre-sales and post-sales support, including demos, POCs, and RFP responses
Support SE teams with complex workflows, integrations, and demo setups
Collaborate with sales to develop technical proposals that showcase Orange Logic's capabilities
Assist partners with integration design, joint solutions, and technical enablement
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital asset management
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and certification
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience with complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations
Strong technical background with related product experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical concepts
Collaborative mindset for developing client-focused strategies
Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach
Proficiency with G-Suite or similar software
Technically curious and open to creative problem-solving
