Responsibilities

Strengthen analytics and reporting capabilities across the organization
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
Define and track key business metrics
Deliver timely, high-quality ad hoc analysis to internal stakeholders
Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven insights

Required

Proven expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL and Python to build, analyze, and support business reporting
Ability to troubleshoot data issues from the front-end dashboard through the underlying queries, models, and source systems
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

Preferred

Microsoft Fabric or similar analytics platforms
ERP systems, especially IFS
Manufacturing or industrial environment
A 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance
5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
