Responsibilities

Enforce the rules and guidelines of Moore Square
Provide outstanding customer service when assisting the public through various communication methods
Maintain and clean the facility, park, and equipment as needed
Daily program and park set-up including tables, chairs, umbrellas, canopies, art/game cart, rental equipment and others as needed
Attend all required city training. Training will be provided on any specialized equipment
Daily operational support for visitor center, park kiosk, park activities and programs & inventory management
Host programs requiring engagement of both small and large groups with or without the use of a sound system
Maintain park cleanliness throughout the day

Required

Must be enthusiastic about working with all populations
Display personal maturity
Have great communication and customer service skills
Have confidence in dealing with conflict resolution
Ability to speak, write, etc. in English fluently
Reliable transportation is required
Work shifts fall within varying seasonal hours throughout the year which requires applicant to work flexible hours
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
Applicant must be proficient in computer operations and basic programs such as the Microsoft Office
Nights, weekends and holidays are required with this position
