Complete a needs assessment
Design a structured recruiter onboarding training plan tied to recruiter responsibilities
Provide a centralized, easy‑to‑navigate training resources
Reduced dependency on ad‑hoc questions and tribal knowledge
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor and Master's degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, or Instructional Design
Someone who is not afraid to think outside the box and build from the ground up
