Responsibilities

Support system integration, deployment, and validation of cloud-native telecom solutions based on Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and OpenStack
Assist in troubleshooting platform, CI/CD pipeline, container, and networking issues across multi-cloud environments
Perform system health checks, log analysis, failure investigation, and defect validation activities
Participate in CI/CD execution, automation support, and release validation for telecom cloud platforms
Collaborate with 3LS/4LS engineering teams to analyze complex issues and support faster resolution

Required

Currently a candidate for Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, Cloud Computing, Networking, or a related field from an accredited university in the US
Strong fundamentals in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting
Hands-on understanding of Kubernetes and container-based platforms (OpenShift preferred)
Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking fundamentals
Good analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Exposure to OpenStack, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or DevOps tools
Scripting skills in Python or Shell
Familiarity with telecom systems, cloud-native network functions (CNFs), or NFV concepts
