Responsibilities
You support product teams by identifying insights and optimization needs, fixing misses in metrics and reporting, and enabling data-driven adjustments to roadmaps and launches
You are responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing product data from multiple sources
You identify and drive opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency, transparency, and alignment
You build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders
You work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business partners to support execution, surface risks, and keep plans on track
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years in product-related operations or analytics roles
Experience in product operations, product management, operations, or program management
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
Experience supporting product management in high-growth SaaS environments
Understanding of the product lifecycle and how data supports each stage
Hands-on experience building dashboards and data visualizations
Experience improving operational systems, tools, and processes
Proven ability to collaborate across teams, coordinate effectively, and influence without authority
Preferred
