Responsibilities
Building strong partnership with operations field teams to identify and close gaps in execution
Innovating to improve customer experience and remove costs from our network
Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes
Developing a framework for tracking programs across multiple teams and providing biweekly updates to leadership on key programs
Owning the metric roadmap for the team to help automate reporting and streamlining operations, including prioritizing work in partnership with our business intelligence/analytics teams
Working with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support the growth of the business
Thinking strategically and execute methodically
Using analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Owning the XBR process for the team, including driving improvements in these mechanisms for better business outcomes
Ability to travel 10% each quarter
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
2+ years of supply chain experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Ability to travel 10% each quarter
Preferred
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight, or similar
