Mid LevelLockheed Martin is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Test Engineer to join their team. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of aerospace and defense products through comprehensive testing and analysis, developing and executing test procedures, and supporting hardware integration.

Responsibilities
Ensure the quality and reliability of our aerospace and defense products through comprehensive testing and analysis
Leverage expertise in electronic circuits
Develop and execute test procedures
Support hardware integration
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet the highest standards of performance and safety
Qualification
Required
Experienced with testing LRUs/SRUs using various equipment such as environmental chambers, testers, vibe equipment, &/or etc
Experience interfacing with organizations outside Product Test to ensure technical performance, quality, &/or cost and schedule
Experience with evaluation/troubleshooting test failures using diagnostic methods and tools
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/electrical engineering technology or equivalent technical training/experience
Possess good communication skills with the ability to lead a team successfully
Knowledge of digital circuitry
Knowledge of circuitry equipment: Oscilloscope, digital multimeter, high frequency measurements, testing, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, perform root cause analysis down to component level
Experience processing/writing Problem Reports (PR) to resolve issues preventing the successful completion of testing requirements
Working knowledge of Windows based PCs to include the not limited to the following: SAP, EPDM, LabView, JIRA and PM Compass
