Responsibilities
Support various site-level initiatives that may involve translating raw data into automated charts/presentations
Develop labor standards
Perform time studies on new or existing processes
Support the bidding process with new standards
Provide support to manufacturing through monitoring of cost metrics through initiatives that result in waste elimination and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or relevant degree from an accredited college or university
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Preferred
Local candidates highly preferred
Data analysis and project experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Ability to navigate small-to-medium projects to completion over 1-3 month period
Familiar with Tableau
