Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with architectural standards and business requirements
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the development team
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices
Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless software delivery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Software Engineer, with a focus on designing and developing scalable software solutions
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C and C#
Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git, Perforce)
Solid understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team of software developers
Previous experience in a Senior Software Engineer or similar role
Experience with microservices architecture
Preferred
Experience with Unity Game Engine
