They are seeking a PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Lead to provide expert-level technical support for PeopleSoft FSCM applications, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while ensuring system stability.
Responsibilities
Provide expert-level technical support for PeopleSoft FSCM applications and systems
Focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Ensure system stability
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support system updates
Manage printer setups
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Printer Support
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively address client questions and concerns
Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interactions with clients and team members
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues in PeopleSoft FSCM applications
Experience with L2/L3 support and working in a dynamic customer-facing environment
Preferred
Knowledge of system integration best practices and configurations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
